Counselling for individuals

Working with clients to empower them to bring about healthy changes. As a counsellor I offer a place for clients to not feel judged, to be open and honest with themselves, to reflect back to the client parts of themselves, sometimes for the first time to be heard and valued.

I believe we all have the capacity to bring about change in our lives, to be able to become our best selves.

Working remotely with forensic step-down clients within the criminal justice system and help support those dealing with complex personality disorders. I am a member of Counselling in Prison Network.

A counsellor for Survivors of Suicide to be able to help clients take time to reflect on where they are now and what had led them to seek to end their lives. To use tools and techniques to avoid self-harm and manage self-harm in a safe environment.

I am non-judgemental, genuine, and empathic, I provide a safe, confidential space for clients to explore their issues. I work with those suffering from addictions including drug and alcohol issues, sexual abuse, bereavement, and suicidal ideation. I also work with anxiety, depression, and many other issues. I work with clients to find a path to greater happiness and contentment.
