Counselling for individuals

I am non-judgemental, genuine, and empathic, I provide a safe, confidential space for clients to explore their issues. I work with those suffering addictions, drug and alcohol issues, sexual abuse, bereavement, and suicidal ideation & other difficulties. I work with clients to find a path to greater happiness and contentment. I am available for face to face and online sessions.
I work with forensic step-down clients within the criminal justice system and have helped support clients dealing with complex personality disorders and addictions. 

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a BACP registered, qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, and currently provide face to face, telephone, and online counselling. I am an experienced counsellor for addictions & substance misuse clients, helping them to facilitate change in their lifestyles to address & alter destructive patterns and behaviours.
Experience of online counselling via Zoom, what's app and face to face.
