Alcohol Counsellor in Portslade and Hove
Katherine Travis
Counselling for individuals
I am a specialist addiction counsellor working with people affected by alcohol and drugs.
I have many years experience in this field and worked successfully with many clients who wanted to address their substance misuse.
It is important that you find the right counsellor for you and I aim to work in a way that feels right for you. I am trained to work with CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and mindfulness.
I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space to help you gain insight, control and find ways to move forward with your life.
I have been fortunate to work with a very broad range of people all with unique experiences and concerns, many of them coping with the problems caused by alcohol use.
