I am a fully qualified Humanistic Counsellor, I have a private practice. I also work for a charity supporting clients with, or who have suffered from cancer. Previously I have worked as an Addiction Counsellor with CRI- Chichester, and currently with SDAC a telephone alcohol counselling service.

Sophy is a fully qualified counsellor experienced in helping clients with a wide range of addictions, particularly alcohol and drugs. Using a variety of skills, she compassionately supports clients in understanding their addiction, helping them to deal with relapse and abstinence and how to move forward.
Corinn Govan
Eastbourne and Bexhill
Corinn specialises in working with individuals with problematic behaviours or addiction; particularly drugs and alcohol. Using a variety of counselling skills, Corinn can support you through the stages of change and recovery.

Sarah offers both short term counselling and longer term psychotherapy for clients concerned about their relationship with alcohol and or drugs.
Sarah is experienced in treating clients with addictions and a wide variety of the underlying issues that may underpin those addictions.
