My approach to counselling offers vital support and understanding during difficult and painful periods of life. The journey becomes one of continued personal development, rebuilding and finding a path through life that meets your own values and autonomy.
I am able to offer the space to people who feel they would like to make changes, particularly in regard to alcohol use and the related impact this may be having.
It is my way of working to be led by you in what you want to achieve from our time together and it is my intention to get close to understanding your world and how it affects you in a way that avoids making judgements. It is my intention to be genuine and open in our relationship.
About me
I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor / Psychotherapist offering sessions to anyone who feels they would benefit from the space to explore any difficulties they are experiencing. I am prepared to work with any issues and together to find some resolution.
I am still currently counselling with CRI providing help for drug and alcohol users as part of Sussex healthcare in partnership with the NHS in addition to offering my services here.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework which contains the standards and principles for therapeutic practice.
My qualification is an FdSc in Person-Centred Counselling (Brighton University).

Fee's
My fee is £45 full price. But i am able to discuss if you feel there are reasons for a reduced rate in your circumstances.
This can be agreed in the first session.
